Biomedical Signal Processing: Previously worked with ECG signal; baseline wander removal and QRS detection based trace selection. Current projects include Myocardial Infarction detection and classification of sleep stages from ECG HRV analysis. In future would extensively like to work with various biosignals (ECG, EEG, EMG) and discover underlying information for diagnosis purpose.

Biomedical Image Processing: Previously worked on video-polysomnography where motion detection algorithm was used. Interested to work on enhancement and feature extraction of medical images (X-ray, MRI etc.).
