| An Assistant Professor in the Department of Accounting & Information Systems won the First Prize sponsored by the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance for his outstanding research on "Regional Integration --Convergence Big Time, or, an Opportunity Wasted." As a part of the Global Development Network (GDN) 11th Annual Conference, the prize distribution ceremony was held on January 17, 2010, at the historic Czernin Palace in Prague, Czech Republic.
