Biography
Professor Emeritus Dr. Abul Kalam Azad Chowdhury obtained his B.Sc. (First Class) and M.Sc. (First Class) in Biochemistry from the University of Dhaka before earning a Ph.D. in Pharmacy from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, where his doctoral research focused on the synthesis and biological evaluation of Actinomycin D analogues for anticancer drug discovery.
