运行人员：三班倒，每班8.5小时，其他人员每天8小时，周六休息。
Operating staff: three shifts, 8.5 hours each shift, other staff 8 hours a day, rest on Saturday.
- 待遇 Salary
有试用期，转正后根据能力提拔岗位，相应工资同步上涨，每年开斋节、宰牲节有奖金。
There is a probation period. After becoming a regular employee, you will be promoted to a new position based on your ability. Your salary will increase accordingly, and there will be bonuses during Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adha every year.
