为庆祝2026年国际中文日，达卡大学孔子学院将联合在孟中文教育机构共同举办“声临其境”中国影视剧配音大赛。本次活动以中国经典影视作品为中外文化交流纽带，通过邀请在孟中文爱好者参与影视片段配音，让大家在生动的声音艺术中深化对中文知识、文化遗存、风土人情、历史典故、现代科技等中国元素的认知和体会，进一步激发学习中文的热情，强化对中国语言和中华文化的理解。

本届配音大赛将采用“线上初赛＋线下决赛”的形式开展。晋级决赛的选手将在达卡大学现场展示声音才华，与志同道合的朋友交流切磋，共同享受中文配音的乐趣。

【参赛选手】

1. 参赛选手须母语非中文、非中国国籍
2. 以配音作品参赛，每组不限成员数目。可一人单独成组，分饰不同角色，也可多人组队，但不得超过所选片段角色数量。
3. 每组需指定一名组长作为联系人

【赛事流程】

1. 2026年2月16日-2026年2月25日提交线上报名表格
2. 2026年3月15日前录制提交初赛配音作品
3. 2026年3月19日公布10组决赛入围小组
4. 2026年4月中旬进行现场决赛

【初赛作品提交】

1. 每组在指定中文影视剧片段素材库中自选一个片段进行配音，共14个中文影视片段可选，影视剧片单如下：

现代都市剧：

⑴《去有风的地方》    ⑵《好东西》

动画片：

1. 作品发送至邮箱：ciatdu@163.com
2. 邮件主题格式：配音大赛+组长名字+片段编号，如：配音大赛+Al Amin+8
3. 录制时请在室内、不嘈杂的环境拍摄
4. 须利用消音版片段，提交配好音的视频
5. 格式为MP4，视频分辨率为1080P以上

In celebration of the 2026 International Chinese Language Day, the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka is delighted to launch “Into the Voice” — a Chinese Film and TV Drama Dubbing Competition with Chinese language education institutions in Bangladesh. We invite Chinese language enthusiasts across Bangladesh to explore the richness of Chinese culture through the dynamic medium of film and television.

By dubbing selected clips, participants will immerse themselves in the language knowledge, cultural heritage, local customs, historical allusions, modern technology of China. Through the power of voice performance, they’ll not only refine their linguistic skills but also gain a deeper appreciation of China's cultural and social tapestry — inspiring a lasting passion for the Chinese language.

The competition is designed as a two-stage journey: an Online Preliminary Round followed by an On-site Final Round. Selected finalists will perform live on stage at the University of Dhaka, connecting with fellow voice-art enthusiasts and celebrating the creativity of Chinese dubbing together.

【Participants】

1. Must be non-native Chinese speakers and non-Chinese nationals.
2. Entries are submitted as dubbing works with no limit on the number of team members. An individual may voice multiple roles, or multiple members may form a team. The number of team members must not exceed the number of characters in the selected clip.
3. Each group must designate a team leader as the main contact.

【Competition Process】

1. Submit the online registration form between February 16, 2026, and February 25, 2026.
2. Record and submit the preliminary round dubbing work by March 15, 2026.
3. Announce the 10 groups advancing to the finals on March 19, 2026.
4. Hold the on-site final round in mid-April 2026.

【Preliminary Round Submission Guidelines】

1. Each group must select one clip from a curated list of 14 Chinese film and TV drama for their dubbing performance. The list is as follows:

Modern Urban Dramas:

3. Record in a quiet, indoor environment.
4. Submit a dubbed video using the provided muted clip version.
5. Format: MP4, video resolution 1080p or higher.

【Judging Criteria】 (Total: 100 points)

(I) Language Performance (40 points)

Accurate pronunciation, natural intonation (20 points)

Fluent delivery, appropriate pacing (10 points)

Emotional expression fitting the scene (10 points)

(II) Vocal Performance (40 points)

Voice suitability for the character (10 points)

Emotional impact and expressiveness (10 points)

Use of vocal techniques (e.g., breath control, laughter/crying) (10 points)

(III) Synchronization & Coordination (20 points)

Lip-sync accuracy (10 points)

Team coordination and chemistry (10 points)
