Dr. Md. Zillur Rahman is a Professor and former Chairman of the Department of Disaster Science and Climate Resilience at the University of Dhaka, where he also previously served as Dean of the Faculty of Earth and Environmental Sciences. He obtained his PhD in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering from the University of British Columbia, Canada. ...
