Project Details

On 7th of April 2019, Institute of social Welfare and Research and CCRIP, LGED signed a contract agreement to conduct an Endline survey. Following the signing of the contract, the consultant embarked on the consultancy assignments as defined in the Terms of Reference and in the scope of work. The Endline survey is conducted to assess the post development effects, benefits to be obtained from the project investments; the analytical results and findings are interpreted in comparison with the benchmark database at the pre-project situation. The assignment will be based in Dhaka and will involve extensive travel to 12 south-western coastal districts among: Bhola, Pirojpur, Jalokathi, Barguna, Barisal, Patuakhali, Sariatpur, Gopalgonj, Madaripur, Sathkhira, Khulna and Baherhat districts. The data collection will cover around 16 markets, 8 roads and 4 cyclone shelters and 990 beneficiary households around 2 km of sample markets, roads and cyclone shelters within project districts who received CCRIP support. The objective of endline study is to assess how the project is performing with respect to outputs, outcomes and impacts as specified in the project’s logframe. ADB and its partners are seeking to understand how the Project Fund contributes to improvements in the livelihoods, poverty, food and nutrition security of the rural poor and if the intended theory of change outlined at the design stage actually holds true. This assessment will portray a clear picture of existing (base level) and potential project contribution to changes and results at the beneficiary household label.
