Congratulations to ISRT’s Lecturer K.M. Tanvir for Winning 1st Runner-Up at VisionX 2025 — A National AI Innovation Triumph on 15 November 2025!
K.M. Tanvir, Lecturer at the Institute of Statistical Research and Training (ISRT), University of Dhaka, has earned national recognition by securing the 1st Runner-Up position in the Project Showcasing Track at VisionX 2025: AI-powered National Innovation Challenge. The event was organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), University of Dhaka.
VisionX 2025 is a national competition focused on artificial intelligence that encourages young innovators across the country to develop practical and scalable AI-driven solutions capable of creating meaningful impact in communities, industries, and everyday life.
The grand finale, held on 15 November 2025 at the Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban, University of Dhaka, brought together participants from diverse institutions nationwide. Among the highly competitive pool, K.M. Tanvir’s project stood out for its innovative application of artificial intelligence in advancing healthcare solutions. In recognition of his accomplishment, he received BDT 80,000 in prize money and a 2-day tour to Cox’s Bazar.
