The 51^st Convocation of Dhaka University is going to be held on October 6, 2018. The event will be held in three different venues simultaneously. The venues will be digitally connected through Internet. The ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Cell of Dhaka University is coordinating this digital connectivity. The event will be broadcast live on DU television (dutv.tv). Viewers may also watch this live transmission on their mobile phones using the "dutv" mobile app, which can be downloaded from Google Play Store. Live stream of the program will also be available at the official website of Dhaka University (du.ac.bd). Over twenty one thousand graduates are taking part in the 51^st convocation. For the first time in the history of Dhaka University graduates could register for the convocation and pay the registration fee using online technologies. Dhaka University ICT Cell has developed the online registration software and supervised the online registration process.
