A ten-member delegation led by Dr. Manoj Roy, teacher and researcher of Lancaster University, UK called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof.          Dr. AAMS Arefin Siddique today January 09, 2017 at the latter’s office of the university. Other team members include Prof. Alphonce G. Kyessi of Ardhi University, Tanzania and Dr. James Rothwell of the University of Manchester, UK.

            During the meeting they discussed various issues including ongoing joint collaborative academic and research projects being conducted by different institutions under the leadership of Dr. Manoj Roy in Asia and Africa. Dhaka University Zoology Department and Microbiology Department are also involved with the projects.

The Vice-Chancellor thanked the guests for their visit to Dhaka University and keen interest in undertaking joint collaborative academic and research activities with Dhaka University.
