Short Biography:

Haridas Kumar Das received the B.S. (Honors) in Mathematics and M.S. degree in Pure Mathematics from Dhaka University, Bangladesh, in March 21, 2011 and January 8, 2013, respectively, and the M.Sc. degree in Mathematics from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada, in October 06, 2015. Currently, he is working as an assistant professor at the Department of Mathematics, Dhaka University, Bangladesh. Before joining here, he served as a full-time faculty at United International University, Bangladesh. His research interests include Mathematical Physics, Analysis, Algebra and Operation research. His work has appeared in some reputed journals.

Research Interest
Subject Description
Mathematical Physics Mathematical physics refers to the development of mathematical methods for application to problems in physics. This includes such subjects as quantum mechanics and mathematical developments in functional analysis, algebra and modern probability theory, to which such subjects lead.
Algebra and Analysis Algebra is about combining things together with operations while analysis focuses more on studying the closeness or "connectedness" between points.
Operations research and Optimization Operations research (OR) is an analytical method of problem-solving and decision-making that is useful in the management of organizations. It is often concerned with determining the extreme values of some real-world objective: the maximum (of profit, performance, or yield) or minimum (of loss, risk, or cost).
