Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka The Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka (CIDU) is a non-profit educational institution jointly established by Yunnan University, China and University of Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2016, based on principles of mutual respect, friendly consultation, equality and mutual benefit. The CIDU commits itself to the language and cultural exchanges and cooperation between China and Bangladesh to promote the people-to-people bonds and friendship between the two countries.
