Applications are invited from candidates for admission to the Professional Master’s in Peace, Conflict and Human Rights (PMPCHR) programme by the Department of Peace and Conflict Studies, University of Dhaka, for the 5th Batch, Spring 2026.
Eligibility for admission: Admission is open to both Bangladeshi and foreign nationals who hold at least a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 (Out of 4.00) or equivalent. Applicants with a third class/division in any examination are not eligible to apply. The PMPCHR programme is designed for professionals from armed forces, law enforcement agencies, foreign missions, NGOs, development sectors, civil services, legal practice, and research organizations.
Programme Features: 18-month (3 semesters), 12 courses, including Peace and Conflict, Human Rights, Terrorism and Counter/Anti-Terrorism, Governance, Migration and Refugee Issues, Organizational Conflict Management, Research Monograph, etc.). Classes held on Fridays and Saturdays (30% Online Classes).

Application Procedure: Prospective applicants can collect application forms from the contact address below between 05 October 2025 and 11 November 2025 (9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.). Applicants may also email to pmpchr@du.ac.bd requesting application form and related information. The completed application form, along with two attested passport-size photographs and attested copies of certificates and mark sheets of all examinations, must be submitted to Room No. 1002 by 4:30 p.m. on 11 November 2025.
