This course is to disseminate knowledge about merchandise planning, prototype preparation, costing and negotiation with buyers, business planning, coordination and product management, the industry’s supply chain, supply chain performance drivers, designing an agile supply chain network, demand forecasting, outsourcing decisions, and lead time management. This course outlines with Introduction, Production, Planning, Quality, Shipment Follow-Up, Understanding the Supply Chain, Demand Forecasting and Sourcing Decisions in Supply Chain.

The course is intended to describe different methods of existing and advanced tannery wastewater treatment facilities and solid waste management for meeting discharge standards. Climate change and adaptation and its impact are also addressed in this course.
