On April 21, 2025, Dr .Yang Hui, Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute at the University of Dhaka, along with three institute students and 16 Chinese students learning Bengali at the university, were invited to join the special program "China-Bangladesh Youth Dialogue." The program was co-produced by CMG Bangla and Bangladesh’s RTV as part of the "Global Watch" series. The Chinese students hailed from Beijing Foreign Studies University, Yunnan University, and Yunnan Minzu University.

The program featured dialogues, talent showcases, and cultural exchanges, highlighting the unique perspectives of Chinese and Bangladeshi youth in language learning and cross-cultural engagement. Students from the Confucius Institute shared how learning Chinese broadened their cultural horizons, while Chinese students recited Bengali poetry,sang Bengali songs, and recounted travel stories to express their appreciation for Bangladeshi culture. The event not only celebrated UN Chinese Language Day but also strengthened the bond between youth from both countries.

2025年4月21日，达卡大学孔子学院中方院长杨惠与3名孔院学生，以及16名在达卡大学学习孟加拉语的中国留学生受邀参加由中央广播电视总台孟加拉语部与孟加拉国RTV电视台联合制作的《全球观察》特别节目《中孟青年说》。参与节目的中国留学生分别来自北京外国语大学、云南大学和云南民族大学。

节目围绕“语言为桥，青年为媒”的主题，通过对话、才艺展示和文化分享等形式，展现了中孟青年在语言学习与文化交融中的独特视角。达卡大学孔子学院学生结合自身经历，分享了中文学习如何拓宽文化视野；中国留学生则通过孟语朗诵、孟语歌曲演唱和旅行故事，传递了对孟加拉文化的热爱。达卡大学孔子学院中方院长杨惠表示，当前正是中孟文化交流的黄金时期。孔院通过书法展、诗歌朗诵等互动活动，让孟加拉青年亲身感受中华文化的魅力。中文不仅是连接两国经贸的桥梁，更承载着中华五千年的文明智慧。看到越来越多的孟加拉学生因热爱而学习中文，这正是民心相通的最好见证。

此次活动不仅为国际中文日增添了青春活力，也为深化中孟青年友谊搭建了重要平台。
