Deputy Director of the Center for Language Education and Cooperation Ms.Yu Tianqi Visits University of Dhaka to Explore New Avenues for International Chinese Language Education Cooperation语合中心副主任于天琪访问达卡大学 共商国际中文教育合作新路径
2025年8月31日，中国教育部语合中心副主任于天琪、学术组织联络处处长尹冬民一行四人访问孟加拉国达卡大学，与校长尼亚兹教授（Prof. Dr.Niaz Ahmed Khan）举行会谈，并就深化中文教育合作、推动孔子学院高质量发展等议题进行深入交流。
于天琪副主任系统介绍了国际中文教育在全球发展的新趋势，重点阐述了人工智能技术赋能、“中文+专业”与“中文+职业技能”深度融合、人才培养模式创新、本土化发展以及学术交流拓展等方面的最新进展。她强调，达卡大学作为孟加拉国中文教育的重要基地，不仅设有孔子学院，还拥有全国唯一的汉语本科与硕士专业，在中文教育领域具备显著先发优势和扎实基础，展现出广阔的发展前景。面向未来，中孟双方应进一步强化顶层设计与政策沟通，共同探索符合孟加拉国国情与发展需求的中文教育路径，积极推动中文纳入国民外语教育体系，使中文教育更好服务于两国经济社会发展和人文交流合作。
尼亚兹校长对语合中心代表团的到访表示欢迎，并高度认同于天琪副主任提出的合作建议。他强调愿在三个方面进一步加强合作：一是推进人工智能技术在中文教学中的应用；二是加强孟加拉国中文教育能力建设，包括本土师资培养和“中文+”项目建设；三是加强中文教育学术交流合作。尼亚兹校长还建议成立一个执行委员会，以有效落实双方共识。他特别提到，近年来达卡大学与中国的合作日益紧密，中国留学生数量显著增长，与中国高校和研究机构的学术互访交流也大幅增加，达卡大学非常重视并愿意持续支持与中国的各项合作。
此外，达卡大学国际事务处主任莫图扎教授（Prof. Dr.Shamsad Mortuza）、孔院外方院长卡马尔教授（Prof. Dr.Mohammad Absar Kamal）、中文系前系主任阿弗扎尔教授（Prof. Dr. Md. Afzal Hossain）以及中文系本土教师代表等参加了语合中心代表团与达卡大学校长的会谈，并提出了希望推动中文专业联合培养、完善课程大纲、实现学分互认、开展本土教师证书培训、开发本土教材及支持中华经典著作翻译出版等建议。
会谈结束后，语合中心代表团访问了达卡大学孔子学院，与来自孟加拉国四所孔院（课堂）的中方院长及教师代表座谈，详细了解各孔院的发展现状、工作思路以及教师们在生活和工作中的实际需求和困难。
此次访问进一步巩固了语合中心与达卡大学在中文教育本土化、信息技术赋能、师资培养和学术交流等方面的合作共识，为今后深化中文教育合作奠定了坚实基础。
On August 31, 2025, a four-member delegation led by Ms.Yu Tianqi, Deputy Director of the Center for Language Education and Cooperation, Ministry of Education of China, visited the University of Dhaka in Bangladesh. They held talks with the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan, and engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as deepening cooperation in Chinese language education and promoting the high-quality development of the Confucius Institute.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Yang Hui, Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute at the University of Dhaka; Prof. Dr. Shamsad Mortuza, Director of the Office of International Affairs; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Absar Kamal, Director of IML, Prof.Dr. Md. Afzal Hossain, former Chair of the Department of Chinese, as well as representatives of local Chinese language faculty.
Following the talks, the delegation visited the Confucius Institute at the University of Dhaka and held a meeting with Chinese directors and teachers from four Confucius Institutes (Classrooms) in Bangladesh.
This visit further solidified the consensus between the Center for Language Education and Cooperation and the University of Dhaka on the localization of Chinese language education, the integration of information technology, teacher training, and academic exchanges, laying a solid foundation for future deepened cooperation in Chinese language education.
