Confucius Institute at the University of Dhaka Co-organized the “2026 China Night– Spicy Hunan” Cultural Event达卡孔院协办“2026中国之夜——辣是湖南”文化活动
2026年4月17日，由孟加拉国华侨华人联合会主办、中国驻孟加拉国大使馆指导的“2026中国之夜——辣是湖南”主题文化活动在Justice Shahabuddin Ahmed Park隆重举行。作为协办方之一，达卡大学孔子学院参加了本次活动，院长杨惠与孔院教师及在孟中国留学生代表共同出席。
活动现场打造了非遗文化区、特色美食区、文创打卡区等多元体验场景，在孟孔院师生还带来了舞蹈、太极、歌曲和朗诵等精彩节目，充分体现了中孟文化的交流互鉴与融合之美。达卡孔院教师与中国留学生共同献唱湖南民歌《辣妹子》，以热情洋溢的表演点燃全场气氛，赢得阵阵掌声。此次活动不仅为当地民众带来一场沉浸式文化体验，也进一步推动了中孟人文交流。
On April 17,2026, the themed cultural event “2026 China Night– Spicy Hunan” hosted by the Overseas Chinese Association in Bangladesh and guided by the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh, was grandly held at Justice Shahabuddin Ahmed Park. As one of the co-organizers, the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka took part in the event. Dr. Yang Hui, Director of CIDU along with teachers and Chinese students, attended the event.
At the event, multiple experiential zones were set up, including an intangible cultural heritage area, a specialty food zone, and a cultural and creative check-in area. Teachers and students from the Confucius Institutes (Classroom) in Bangladesh also presented wonderful performances such as dance, Tai Chi, songs, and recitations, fully showcasing the beauty of exchange, mutual learning, and integration between Chinese and Bangladeshi cultures. This event not only provided an immersive cultural experience for the local community but also further promoted people-to-people and cultural exchanges between China and Bangladesh.
