DU Confucius Institute Participates in International Tea Day Celebration in Sylhet达卡孔院赴锡莱特参加中国茶文化活动
2026年5月16日，“茶和天下”文化活动在锡莱特的沙贾拉尔科技大学举办，旨在庆祝国际茶日、宣扬中国茶文化。活动由中国驻孟加拉国大使馆与沙贾拉尔科技大学联合主办，使馆文化处李少鹏参赞、沙贾拉尔科技大学校长A. M. Sarwaruddin Chowdhury、沙贾拉尔科技大学副校长Md. Shajedul Karim出席活动，达卡大学孔子学院受邀参与。
上午的文化活动中，达卡大学孔子学院中方院长杨惠为沙贾拉尔科技大学的师生们带来了一场精彩的中国茶文化讲座。她详细介绍了中国茶的悠久起源、丰富种类以及背后深厚的文化内涵，现场演示了茶艺工具的使用方法，孔院教师为与会嘉宾冲泡中国茶，嘉宾们欣然品鉴，在茶香中感受东方韵味。
活动现场还精心布置了茶艺体验区与中国茶文化展示区。在茶艺体验区，学生们品尝不同风味的中国茶，感受茶汤的香气与回甘。文化展示区内，陈列了西湖龙井、云南普洱、金丝滇红、茉莉花茶等多种中国名茶，以及造型各异、工艺精湛的传统茶具。丰富的茶叶品种和精致的茶器吸引众多师生驻足欣赏，不少人拿起茶叶细嗅茶香，中国茶叶的丰富种类与深厚文化底蕴，令他们惊叹不已。现场气氛热烈，茶香四溢。
当日下午，使馆和孔院一行人前往当地一处茶园，与茶园负责人进行了深入交流。双方互相品鉴了中孟两国特色茶叶，围绕茶叶种植、制作工艺及茶文化的传承与发展等问题展开探讨。随后，大家步入茶园参观，实地了解孟加拉国的茶叶种植环境。
此次活动以茶为纽带，让孟加拉国青年学子领略了中国茶文化的魅力，更促进了中孟茶友的相互借鉴与情感交融，为中孟文化交流互鉴写下生动一笔。
On May 16,2026, the Confucius Institute at the University of Dhaka was invited to participate in the “Tea for Harmony” cultural event held at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology in Sylhet, Bangladesh, to celebrate International Tea Day. The event was co-hosted by the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh and Shahjalal University of Science and Technology. During the event, Dr.Yang Hui, the Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute, delivered a lecture on Chinese tea culture, demonstrated the use of tea ceremony tools. Chinese teachers of CIDU served Chinese tea for tasting. A tea art experience area and a tea exhibition zone were also set up, attracting many teachers and students to stop and admire. In the afternoon, the participants visited a local tea garden to exchange ideas, tasting both Chinese and Bangladeshi teas and discussing the inheritance of tea culture. This event enhanced the understanding of Chinese tea culture among young Bangladeshi students and promoted mutual appreciation and cultural exchange between tea lovers of the two countries.
