Bangladeshi Chinese Language Teachers’ Professional Competence Enhancement Workshop Completed in China Successfully2026孟加拉国本土中文教师专业能力提升研修班在云南在大学圆满结束
2026年6月7日至17日，由中国驻孟加拉国大使馆支持、孟加拉国达卡大学孔子学院主办、云南大学国际教育学院承办的“2026孟加拉国本土中文教师专业能力提升研修班”在云南大学东陆校区顺利落下帷幕。来自孟加拉国达卡大学、南北大学、吉大港大学、布拉克大学、国家海事学院等单位的15名本土中文教师参加了本次为期11天的培训。
研修班紧扣本土教师实际需求，围绕专业能力提升，开设了《国际中文教师证书》辅导、课堂活动设计、"中文+"教学实践、数智教学工具应用等专题讲座，帮助教师夯实理论基础、更新教学理念。同时通过微格教学、示范课观摩和教学研讨等互动环节，搭建交流平台，促进教学反思与能力提升。
为增强教师对中国文化的理解，研修班还组织了云南大学校史馆和天文馆参观、斗南花市调研、中华茶艺体验及民族文化交流等特色实践活动，让大家在沉浸式体验中感受云南魅力，提升跨文化交际能力。
在结业仪式上，达卡大学孔子学院的本土教师妮鲁（NILU AKTER）作为学员代表上台发言。妮鲁由衷表示，本次培训收获颇丰，研修课程贴合一线教学，实用性强，能够直接运用于日常教学工作。通过学习，大家更新了教学模式与育人理念，授课教师过硬的专业素养与教学热忱也让她深受触动。她强调，未来会把本次研修学到的教学思路与方法带回孟加拉国，运用在本土中文课堂教学里，引导更多孟加拉青年学习中文，感受中华优秀文化的独特魅力。
此次研修班的成功举办，不仅切实提升了孟加拉国本土中文教师的专业素养和教学能力，也为中孟两国的语言文化交流与教育合作注入了新的活力。本次活动进一步提升了“留学云大”品牌在孟加拉国的知名度与吸引力，不仅为当地师生搭建了走进云大、了解中国的友好桥梁，也切实助力达卡孔院推动国际中文教育事业的持续发展。
From June 7 to 17, the "2026 Professional Competence Enhancement Workshop for Bangladeshi Local Chinese Language Teachers " was successfully held at Yunnan University. This training program is funded by the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh, organized by the Confucius Institute at the University of Dhaka, and hosted by Yunnan University's School of International Education. 15 Chinese language teachers from the Confucius Institute at Dhaka University, Confucius Institute at North South University, Shanto-Mariam Honghe Confucius Classroom, the Department of Chinese Language and Culture, IML, DU and other universities and institutions which provide Chinese language courses participated in this training.
The training offered lectures on classroom activity design, "Chinese+ teaching practices, and digital teaching tools, along with interactive sessions like micro-teaching etc. Cultural activities included visits to Yunnan University's museums, Dounan Flower Market, tea ceremony etc.
The successful hosting of this training program has not only effectively enhanced the professional competence and teaching abilities of local Chinese language teachers in Bangladesh, but also injected new vitality into the linguistic and cultural exchanges as well as educational cooperation between China and Bangladesh. This event has further raised the visibility and appeal of the "Study at YNU" brand in Bangladesh, building a friendly bridge for local teachers and students to learn about Yunnan University and gain a deeper understanding of China. At the same time, it has provided tangible support to the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka in its ongoing efforts to promote the development of international Chinese language education.
