2026年6月23日至27日,由达卡大学孔子学院协办的“汉语桥”孟加拉国校长访华交流团在云南昆明成功举行。此次为期五天的访问活动由教育部中外语言交流合作中心与云南大学共同主办,云南大学国际教育学院承办,旨在进一步深化中孟两国教育领域的务实合作,加强双方的理解与互信。
访华团由孟加拉国大学拨款委员会主席马蒙·艾哈迈德教授率领,成员包括达卡大学校长A·B·M·奥拜杜尔·伊斯拉姆教授、南北大学校长阿卜杜勒·汉南·乔杜里教授等多所孟加拉国知名高校及教育机构负责人。

6月24日,代表团在云南大学东陆校区出席了访问团的开幕仪式及“孟加拉国中文教育本土化发展圆桌论坛”。达卡大学校长A·B·M·奥拜杜尔·伊斯拉姆教授在论坛上详细介绍了达卡大学中文教育的发展历程与丰硕成果。他表示,达卡大学的中文教育始于1976年,是孟加拉国最早开设中文课程的高校之一。2015年,达卡大学与云南大学合作申建孔子学院,并于2016年正式揭牌运行;同年,达卡大学现代语言研究所正式成立孟加拉国首个中文本科专业。目前,达卡大学孔子学院已在达卡设立九个教学点,每年惠及学生逾千人,中文系毕业生广泛投身于教育、翻译、外交及商贸领域,成为推动中孟友好交流的中坚力量。伊斯拉姆校长强调,未来达卡大学将继续深化与云南大学的合作,通过联合培养、师资培训和共建孔子学院等举措,持续推动孟加拉国中文教育高质量发展。

6月26日,马蒙·艾哈迈德教授率代表团一行与云南大学校长马文会教授,以及相关职能部门、学院负责人举行会谈。双方围绕落实中孟两国教育部签署的中文教育合作协议、加强在孟中文教育的广度和深度展开深入对话。会谈中,双方一致表示,将建立常态化沟通机制,对接两国教育制度,深化语言合作交流,推动人才联合培养,并依托南亚东南亚大学联盟等平台机制,共同探索区域教育合作新模式。此次交流为两国高校间更深层次的学术与人才互动奠定了坚实基础。
会谈期间,云南大学校长马文会教授与达卡大学校长A·B·M·奥拜杜尔·伊斯拉姆教授正式签署了两校联合培养协议。该协议的签署旨在进一步加强中文专业和孟语专业的人才培养,通过发挥两校在语言教学领域的各自优势,实现资源共享与优势互补,为两国学生创造更多跨文化学习与交流的机会。

此外,吉大港独立大学校长M·M·努鲁尔·阿布萨尔、孟加拉国文科大学校长沙姆萨德·莫图扎也分别与云南大学签署了校际合作备忘录,为未来更广泛的合作开辟了空间。

访问期间,代表团还深入了解了昆明城市商贸发展与建设实践;前往世界自然遗产地,感受云南生态文明建设与自然保护成果;此外,代表团还参观了云南大学历史博物馆及人工智能实践与创新基地等相关科研实验室,深入了解云南大学的办学历史与科技创新成果。

此次“汉语桥”孟加拉国校长访华交流团活动取得了圆满成功,不仅达成了多项重要合作共识与协议,更是在中孟两国全面战略合作伙伴关系持续深化的大背景下,为两国教育领域的互联互通注入了新的强大动力。
From June 23 to 27, 2026, the "Chinese Bridge" Bangladesh Educator Delegation, co-organized by the Confucius Institute at the University of Dhaka, successfully concluded its five-day visit in Kunming, Yunnan. The event was hosted by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education and Yunnan University, and organized by the School of International Education of Yunnan University. The visit aimed to further deepen practical educational cooperation between China and Bangladesh and enhance mutual understanding and trust.
The delegation was led by Prof. Dr. Mamun Ahmed, Chairman of the University Grant Commission of Bangladesh, and included Prof. Dr. A. B. M. Obaidul Islam, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Dhaka, Prof. Abdul Hannan Chowdhury, Vice-Chancellor of North South University, and other heads of Bangladeshi universities and educational institutions.
On June 24, the delegation attended the opening ceremony and the Round-table Forum on the Localized Development of Chinese Education in Bangladesh at Yunnan University's Donglu Campus. Prof. Dr. A. B. M. Obaidul Islam shared the history and achievements of Chinese language education at the University of Dhaka. He noted that Chinese courses were first offered at the university in 1976, making it one of the earliest in Bangladesh to do so. In 2015, the University of Dhaka partnered with Yunnan University to establish the Confucius Institute, which officially opened in 2016. That same year, the Department of Chinese Language and Culture was established at the Institute of Modern Languages, becoming Bangladesh's first undergraduate Chinese program. Currently, the Confucius Institute runs nine teaching sites in Dhaka, reaching over 1,000 students annually, with graduates contributing to education, translation, diplomacy, and trade. Prof. Islam emphasized that the University of Dhaka will continue to deepen cooperation with Yunnan University through joint training, teacher development, and the Confucius Institute to promote high-quality Chinese language education in Bangladesh.
On June 26, the delegation held talks with Prof. Ma Wenhui, President of Yunnan University, and relevant department heads. Discussions focused on implementing the bilateral education agreement signed by the two countries' education ministries and expanding the scope and depth of Chinese language education in Bangladesh. Both sides agreed to establish a regular communication mechanism, align educational systems, deepen language cooperation, promote joint talent cultivation, and explore new models of regional educational collaboration through platforms such as the South and Southeast Asian University Network.
During the talks, Prof. Ma Wenhui and Prof. Dr. A. B. M. Obaidul Islam signed a joint training agreement aimed at strengthening talent development in both Chinese and Bengali language programs. Additionally, Prof. M. M. Nurul Absar of Chittagong Independent University and Prof. Dr. Shamsad Mortuza of the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh each signed inter-university cooperation memoranda with Yunnan University, opening doors for broader future collaboration.
During the visit, the delegation also toured Kunming's commercial and trade zones and a World Natural Heritage site to learn about the city's urban development and ecological conservation efforts. They also visited the Yunnan University History Museum and the Artificial Intelligence Practice and Innovation Base, gaining insight into the university's history and scientific and technological innovations.
The "Chinese Bridge" Bangladesh Educator Delegation visit was a great success. The multiple cooperation agreements and consensus reached during the visit will inject new momentum into educational exchanges between the two countries, against the backdrop of the ever-deepening China-Bangladesh comprehensive strategic partnership.
